(2)(c) Cords were in the bedroom 1 & 2 (flower cord & vaccum cord). (2)(f) The sliding door did not have any stickers or art work to preventing children not to walk into the glass door. (3)(f)The shelving cabinets were not secured and not anchored. (3)(g) The corner counter top had exposed wood. Not of a cleanable surface. (5)(b The outlet in the bathroom and the outlets next to the kitchen sink were not GFCI outlets.
